Peter decided even then as a young man, that he could set up and operate a company in a much more efficient manner, resulting in a far superior customer service and better quality of workmanship and set out to do exactly that. 33 years on and we think it is safe to say that this aim has been achieved.

The company’s target is for 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time and it is clear that this is the case, with 92% of our new business coming from customer recommendations or from previous clients having further rooms installed. In fact after all these years, we are now starting to go back to our original customers’ homes to remove the older furniture we originally installed and then re-fit newer styles, which is a true complement to the standard of our work.

All of our furniture is designed by us and then manufactured in house by us in our own workshop here in the heart of Northampton.

Furthermore, Peter is still very hands on in the business and as well as being involved throughout the manufacturing process, he still ensures that he installs every single job himself alongside one of his experienced staff members.
